Crowbar Compileing Error

Hai Currently im making a model mod for Ellis and i need some help with compiling in crowbar every time i try to compile my QC file i get greeted by this error

ERROR: Too many materials used, max 32
ERROR: Aborted Processing on 'survivors/survivor_mechanic.mdl'

Any advice would be great thanks

ERROR: Too many materials used, max 32

Your custom model have to many textures. Try reducing number of textures in your custom model.

The thing is i dont know how to im useing 3d max i dont understand why its doing this my model has 11 textures not 32 whats up with that?
